Procedure

• Abstract must be submitted through the registration platform

• Please upload in format .docx

• File should not exceed 5MB

• Please use the template provided

• During submission, you can chose if applying for poster and/or oral presentation

• If you apply for oral presentation you may be selected for a blitz talk (5+2 min.). Priority is given to young scientists*

• Scientists selected for a blitz talk will benefit from a travel grant up to 1.000 €

• The 3 best posters will receive a prize during the prize ceremony at the end of the conference

*Young scientists are defined by these criteria:

• A maximum of 5 years experience in research, from the date of the award of their PhD degree and;
• Under 30 years old
